Must have basic pastry bags skills and be able to bag out butter cookies. Leveling, assembling and finishing cakes a must. Must be able to “write” on cakes and have at least, basic flower making skills. Also must be able to follow recipes for making, cupcakes, cake layers and icings, etc….
